Computer shuts off when I open the Internet explorer. Help!

Does it completely shut off or does it freeze. Have you tried another browser such as fire fox? Please tell us more about your computer.

My computer does freeze, so I have to restart it again and again, Iam currently using Firefox on my computer.

“uninstall” means you can now remove the Internet Explorer executable completely from Windows 7. The IE files themselves will not be removed (for now) because IE has been integrated into a couple Windows components.
