problems with flash player. cannot watch videoes or use gmail phone. gmail phone is the only ph i have! lol. although its showing that flash player is installed in my programs, it always says flash player upgrade required. i have downloaded it 3 times but problem persists. i have norton 360 and i do not know if it's the firewall or what. i don't know how to work it. i feel stupid lol. i know almost nothing about computers! i would appreciate assistance very much!!!!!! thanks ~tana

it has quit running slow, but still can't figure out why flash player quit working.

Open Control Panel then Programs and Features. Uninstall Flash player. Start IE and install the latest Flash Player from here: Adobe Flash Player - Downloads
