anyone please help me. i can't seem to change the wallpaper desktop backround on my mini acer laptop and it's driving me nuts. i want a juicy couture backround for my laptop but its not letting me change it. i called help on the phone to help me change it but the lady told me i cannot change it on windows 7. thats impossible. there has to be a way to change my desktop backround. i don't want a windows blue backround to stare at the whole time. it's driving me nuts really. pleaseeeeeeeeeee if someone can help me change my desktop backround i will really appreciate it. much help needed.

Right click on the Desktop and select Personalize.
Click Desktop Background at the bottom left.
Use the Browse button next to Picture location to find the picture you want to use.
Click Save changes when done.

That should do it.

You probably have Windows 7 Starter. If this is the case, then you indeed cannot change it. Yes, it's very stupid of Microsoft to do that, but that's just the way it is. You can upgrade to Home Premium if you want (Windows Anytime Upgrade), but other than that, you can't, as it is not a feature of Windows 7 Starter. There is no application limit, however (it used to be 3).
