I have a desktop folder with one subfolder and no files that I cannot delete. I get message "Could not find item. No longer located on desktop". When I check Properties, it shows as "read only" and it will not let me change this. I've tried several alternative deletion programs and nothing works. I've run several malware and registry cleaners. Running Win7 Ultimate on a laptop. Anyone have a suggestion?

UPDATE: Problem solved - Unlocker program performed like magic.
