i had bee using windows messenger for years now all of a sudden it said i needed to do a update i followed instructions to download and it progressed on to do so...then it got so far and started to do a roll back then an error message popped up saying it was un able to. ive tried un installing the windows live but it wont allow me to either. ive done a clean-up oof my laptop..ive tried taking off the fire wall but still no luck. ive contacted the windows people but the service is slow...i am very angry now as im no computer whizz and find it even more infuriating, any help would be appreciated.
