Proffesional , ultimate , interprise .home ,starter ,home basic
32 or 64 bit

Home or professional is best for most users and 64-bit will carry you further into the future.

I prefer Ultimate. (64 bit of course.)

Ultimate is great too, and necessary if you need multi-language support. But as can be seen here and bit locker support, which most folks don't need, are the primary differences between Ultimate and Professional. That said, based on OPs other threads, not sure he was really looking for an answer.
