For some reason my Windows 7 has decided that it doesn't need the log in screen anymore and whenever I open my laptop it just goes straight to the desktop. It's supposed to lock when it's closed but it's not. Furthermore, and more annoyingly, the tap-to-click "feature" keeps re-enabling itself. If I go in the touchpad settings it's disabled, and then if I enable it and disable it again it will actually disable but then when I turn my computer on again it will re-enable. I installed RainMeter, Rainlendar, Fences, and ObjectDock recently and there might be a connection.
