I bought a new acer laptop 10 months ago. I switched it on today and was told my windows 7 was not genuine. It is.
I tried typing in the 25 character key but was still told the same.
I now have only limited use. Help anybody?

If it is 10 months old, it is still under warranty and I recommend you call Acer support.

Open a no charge incident with Windows Genuine Advantage Support, they can help fix this.
