Windows 7 keeps stalling.
In the last two weeks I have had a major problem. No matter what I am doing or on what site. A pausing ring appears and it rotates for a while. The screen then fades a bit in colors and then the cursor reappears and I can work for a short while before the pausing starts again.

I'm a little bit worried that using rogue kill (rkill.com) will cause me grief. Is it a safe tool to get rid of my problem?

Rogue Kill does not change anything on your computer, it just stops any malware it recognizes so your anti-malware programs can remove it. If you suspect malware, however, I recommend you visit our Malware Removal forum for further help. Please read this then start a new topic here with your results.

I went to Windows Firewall and found that I am connected to Home or Work Networks but not to Public Networks

So it is all good now?

It is working pretty good now. Not like Day one but fast enough. Thank you
