Got the symbol file stuff fixed. The dump says:

PROCESS_NAME: wininit.exe

EXCEPTION_CODE: (Win32) 0xe (14) - Not enough storage is available to complete this operation.

That makes me lean toward possible defective ram, so make sure you run the memory diagnostic for a minimum of 3 complete passes, overnight is even better.
