I have a windows 7, my compute beeping but the monitor is working. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Telling use that it is beeping doesn't help a whole lot. How many times is it beeping and in what pattern (in terms of long and short beeps)? If it is a desktop have you tried another monitor? If it is a laptop have you tried the monitor function key? I need more info on your system to help you further.
