Please make me help, I install windows7 32bit ultimate, everything is running fine but except the Graphics Cards, in device manager it shows "working Properly" but on right click on desktop there no "Nvidia Control Panel" shows. Please help to solve..........I have GE9400GT graphics cards (1Gb).

Have you done a Windows Update. Often it will download a newer or better driver that may fix the problem.

If it doesn't, download the latest driver from Nvidia. The latest I can find is 2010.04.13 here:
