Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me.

In Windows Explorer in Windows 7, I cannot view some of my files, as if they are hidden. For example, I can open a folder which looks empty, but when I right click, then click properties, it says it contains two files. In the settings, I have "Show hidden files, folders and drives" selected.

Any ideas? I'm happy to povide more info if need be, thanks

There's more than one of those options. Make sure "Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)" is unchecked too. And note some security programs keep protected files hidden.
