I just wanted to see if anyone is familiar with Windows Hotmail. I have a problem with all my mail going into the deleted folder, not the junk folder. I checked my filters and blocked senders and this doesn't appear to be the issue. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Note, even if I remove the mnail from the deleted folder, when I login again after signing out, it will have placed itself back in the deleted folder.

Are you referring to Hotmail or Windows Live Mail..........I run both so I know they are entirely different programs.

Windows Hotmail, yeah I figured they were because they have two different support teams. I thought Windows Live would assist with Hotmail though, or know about it, they don't. They referred me to Hotmail, and I have yet to see an answer after like three days.

We have multiple computers on our network. This issue happens on either one of the pc's.

And as far as PC changes, I couldn't tell you. Its got a mind of its own that standing on a plane of its own with powers far superior to my own, and the son of a bitch still says Welcome.

Using a very complex formula, using keywords and email structure, a score is given to an email. If the score is above a predetermined value then the email is classed as SPAM, which could be then deleted, placed in a "Junk" or "Deleted" folder or even marked as possible SPAM in some way so you can delete it yourself.

To stop the deletion of messages, you have to enable the setting to leave a copy of messages to the server.
