With Windows 95, 98 and XP I could drag a photo, file, or just about anything to another folder or Work Perfect, but with Windows 7 when I try to do this the file does not move and I get a circular arrow spinnig and it keeps on spinning. Does anyone have a resolution for this problem

tallin, thanks, I check out the tutorial and couldn't find anything to help me out. I called HP seeing as it was a new computer and after a frustrating hour I gave up. I think went to system restore and went back 5 weeks to the point where the computer was new and did a restore, not a complete restore but just a system. Problem was solved.
Thanks for your effort. I bookmarked the tutorial and will look at it ofter to see what I can learn.

I did not think about you having a new computer, my advice if this happens again is to exercise your warranty if you have problems with it.

I am glad you got the issue fixed, but hope by going back so far you did not loose programs or work you had done in the last 5 weeks.

My interest would be to find out why it happened, so please post back if you do find out the cause.
