Hi guys, i using toshiba m500 portege, after i update to window 7 why my sound unable?
driver and software run properly. have no problem with it..and my audio driver and software is up to date . can somebody help? i wantm y sound back

Check your Device Manager for any Yellow exclamation marks i.e. missing drivers.

To do so right click My Computer then choose Manage then Device Manager.

actually, all those drive no any yellow mark. all driver in good condition. just don know why have no sound. so weird.

Also weird is Toshiba does not list a m500 portege although they obviously exist and with many driver problems.

Anyway my first suggestion is to reinstall the audio driver if you have the driver CD.

There might be an outside chance that there is no supported driver for 7 but I doubt that.
