Im not too sure what else i can try to get it to work. Ive tried running it in compatibility mode for XP SP1/SP2/SP3 and Vista SP1 and SP2. I just keep getting message seen below. The problem is there is NO PROCESS RUNNING for firefox.

Am i forgetting to do something really simple? lol

Did you check the Task Manager?

If so and if rebooting doesn't resolve it I would uninstall and then reinstall Firefox.

There is nothing in the task manager and i have restarted many times. Ive also tried beta 3.5.

Try installing it as Administrator. You can also try posting this in the FireFox forum

I figured it out! I dont know how, but i just tried messing around.

I noticed that there was no profile folder in %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\xxxxxxxx.defaul t\, so i first created a profile folder. I then copied the one i use in Vista over (bringing all add-ons and bookmarks with it!) and put it in the profile folder (xxxxxxxx.default). Then went into the profile configuration folder and changed over the different one that was created (but not present) to the one already made in Vista.

I probably didnt explain it all correctly, so if youre having a problem like i just did ask me again and ill clarify it! Haha...
