The price of the hosting account and 1 domain is $6.95 per month. 9 other domains are not included in your account, they are simply saying that it is possible to add 9 more, so for each domain you wish to add you have to pay an additional $21.95 per year. Hope that clears things up.

You get the first one free... if you want to buy other dot com names you have to pay for them. The domain is the actual website name, nothing to do with the hosting.

The AN Hosting plan is a side kick to Midphase and I believe it's $1 less per month but less space/bandwidth - not that you would use anywhere near what either plan is offering.

I cant decide whether these arent very cheap, or whether ive asked them the wrong question! (or they have interpreted it wrong).

How is approx £45 for a year not cheap?

A domain is a web name which you then get 'hosted'. So, the hosting - ie, the webspace and bandwidth is $7.95 a month. You get one 'domain' name included in that price. If you want other domain names, you have to buy them.

Think of the hosting as a piece of land - you then need to buy houses to put on that land which are the domains.

So, I buy a house called www.thesoulgirl.com which I need land for so I buy 'hosting' at $7.95 a month.
