I Want to create a cool website on my own. For this what are the subjects that I must be familiar with, and how depth? Can I create it by learning the relevant subjects over inet, or should I need to attend the comp classes dircetly. Any ideas for creating a website is appreciated. Can I choose this field for my future settlement. Hope I can work for Freelancer job works over inet.
Thanks in Advance.

Graduation in what?
There are so many rules, for want of a better word, in regard to building the greatest website. It's not something you'll learn here. You'll need to finger the big providers to see what the trend is, and what the best format is.

Hey Mashetty!
That's a big question you're asking, but I'll try to answer as best as I can.
First thing you need to remember is the more you know is the more you get paid.
Now, the question is - do you want to be a web designer or a web developer? Or both?
If you want to be a web designer then you should certainly start with whatever Adobe. You need to be wizard with Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver (or any other advanced editor). You need to understand CSS and how it affects the design. Also Flash with ActionScript is a must even if you only design, since there is a lot of people that can make pretty graphics, but can't make them interact with the user and the server.
Now, if you want to be a developer, you pretty much have to become a programmer of the internet. There are some basic directions I could point you into, but stuff is changing so fast that it's hard to tell today what will happen tomorrow. One thing you should certainly take a look at is the entire Web 2.0 concept and how to build applications that work with it. Mastering AJAX is a very good thing to have, but you also need to understand how a database work and how to interact with it. The most popular databases you'll come across will me Microsoft SQL, MySQL and Oracle. There are experts in just SQL or Oracle who make a lot of money, so you can go that direction, or just have the understanding necessary for it working with your applications.
There is numerous websites that talk about current trends in web designing or web developing. There is also hundreds of sites you can get eBooks on literally any topic which you could learn from.
Just as hint on searching for eBooks on google, use the following query:
filetype
df NAME OF THE BOOK
for example "filetype
df AJAX" will give you these results: filetype
df AJAX - Google Search
Quite handy, eh?
Good luck and don't hesitate to ask any questions!
