    Remove html document

    Hi there

My brother was showing me how to use page creator as part of googlemail and he uploaded a word document (which i didnt want to be shared), I then later realized it was on www and so I deleted it from my home page and set my home page up as hidden from the public. The link does still appear on the www, it cant be viewed as a document or from the link but, it still can as a html document. I really want to get rid of it completely. Please help, I am not the most technical!!! I have tried to search for some answers but it makes no sense to me!

    thanks in advance

    Delete files

To delete uploaded files, go to your Page Manager screen and then work your way over to the “Uploaded stuff” area on the right hand side of the page. You should see a trash can next to each of the files you’ve uploaded. To delete a file, click on the trash can.

I have deleted uploaded files. There are no files on the homepage and I have no pages on the site.

    Basically it appears as ''
''the page you have requested could not be found. (404)'' when you click on the link'' ...........

but,....then you can click on the html/cached version instead and view it that way!!!

it states on the html version 'Google automatically generates html versions of documents as we crawl the web''

    Does that make sense??

I need to somehow remove this html/cached version which I havent created but google has!!

I really dont know what to do, I have tried using google webmaster tools but that doesnt seem to have worked either!

    thanks

You may have to send them an email asking them to remove the html version.
