hiya all i hope you can help me because i am new to web building so here we go...

right erm i got a website and i want to put my own quiz on it but i want it so that the visitor can only select 1 answer for 1 question then when the visitor has finished the last question i want lyk a thing what calculates the visitors score on the quiz automatically and then shows the visitor the score and then a pop-up window to appear asking for there details or something then i want it so the visitor automatically gets added to a wot you call it the best list or what ever you call it it has to be in HTML script tho unless theres a website that allows me to enter my own questions and that
