I have used HTML for over 5 years, tho I haven't in awhile and I have been using PHP for around a year. I know how to put music on webpages, but I need help with something. I want to know if there is a way to have say... a table of sample music, with a play and stop link next to them. I want to have the music play from nowhere really when u click, I do not want a media player popping up and I do not want a small media player on my site. I also do not want ppl to be able to use Save as as a way to steal the music.

I would really appreciate anyones help on this.

I would use Flash to do this, you can have two buttons, they can even look like normal links if you want and you could stream the music and stop it. The problem you will always have is that the users PC can cache the music and in effect take a copy of it. Most people wouldn't know how to obtain the cache though....

I have never used flash, do you know of a scource where I can read up on how to do this?

Hey, well you may be able to do this without buying flash if someone has already made a plugin you can use. If not you will need to buy the package http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/?promoid=BINT you can try it before you buy though which would be worth doing.
