I have brought my British PC to Colombia, I have turned it on and it immediately powers up, but it seems to 'cycle' power, turning on and off. The monitor turns on, but no image comes up. Light flicker on to the keyboard too. Any ideas?? Please help, as I need it for school! (i'm a teacher...)
