In my internet explorer history I find a doc and when I tried to open it it says your current security settings do not allow you to perform system commands on this item. did someone get into my computer and create something I can't access somehow? I am the administrator. Thanks for any possible help

We could use more information. What kind of doc are you talking about? Also we need to know more about your computer starting with your operating system and version of IE. To find that right click on help and select about internet explorer.
