HP Deskjet 722C - Have all the defaults I can find checked correctly; application default is B&W Draft; when I change a particular doc's print command to color, it will not print in color; all other software programs will print in color; have downloaded the most recent service packs; attempting to reinstall the driver only results in a "the correct driver is already in WIN XP" or something to that effect. Any suggestions? Much thanks.

Perhaps you should check the read me file. I didn't find a solution. Typically tech forums don't like to help someone who is seeking advice from another forum on the same issue. One thing you can do is to "print it" to a pdf using a programs such as dopdf & then try to print the pdf from a pdf reader such as adobe reader or foxit reader.
