Is there something evil lurking here?

I've loaded all the recommended software to detect and remove threats. But today there was a warning that I had a trojan downloader.winshow.aw

The programs never detected this thing, or simply got rid of it. Either way, could you please read my Hijack This log?
    Thank you.

Thats a clean log, where is AVG detecting this threat?

The warning box said the following:

Trojan downloader.winshow.aw has been detected on your computer. Please run AvG to remove it. (something to that effect anyway).

    C:\documents & settings\owner\local settings\temporary internet files\content IE5\75A54LIQ\system (1).exe

Prior to checking, I clicked on the Tools item on the IE5 toolbar and cleared the history, then deleted the cookies, then deleted files-offline content files.

I followed this procedure first, because a long time ago there was another Trojan virus warning that popped up, and when I typed it's name in the browser, the consensus opinion on how to remove it was to do as I mentioned above.

I couldn't find it in the path the warning gave me, so just to be sure, I ran Hijack This and sent you the log. You recently hepled me clean up the items on my computer that were giving me problems, and I apologize for troubling you again so soon with this. But I really do appreciate your Help Owen.

Since the log was clean, am I to assume the procedure I described took care of it?
    Thanks again

Certainly will have done, it was in the Temporary Internet Files so therefore it got deleted when you emptied the Temp files.
