    I Can't Click Anything Except Firefox

    I really need help. I shared this computer with my dad, and what I saw was that my dad clicked on many popups and advertisments because he's not anyhow up to computer.

    So my computer got many viruses and now, I can't open Norton, I can't open Control Panel, I can't open My Computer, and I can't open anything except Firefox in the start menu.

    All I want is to reconfig the computer. And my dad won't be using this computer anymore. But the problem is I can't click anything, how am I suppose to reconfig the computer?

    Have a read of the Hijack This log posts at the top of this forum and download the programs (Spybot, Adaware and Hijack This).

    Boot into Safe Mode

    Install Spybot and Ad-aware and if you can connect to the internet in Safe Mode, update them. Then generate a Hijack This log. Boot back into Normal Mode and post the Hijack This log here. Full instructions for generating the log are in that post.
