I need some help. AVG shuts down, Ad-aware hangs when I try to fix what appear to be multiple probs.

You have been infected with Worm_Agabot.AF. Agabot is constantly shutting down AVG and that is causing your problem.

I suggest you run an Online Scan at Housecall and clean or delete any problems it finds.

OK, Housecall found 4 infected files:

I attempted to follow instructions for registry deletions but most entries were not there, I deleted the ones that were, but what about the lack of the keys where housecall said they would be?

Housecall had no information on removal. This one shows up in adaware, but see note regarding adaware hanging that follows

I did not see what housecall said in task manager to terminate, even after restarting. no autostart entries found to delete in registry, I did remove licensestores key per instructions, but again, what about the keys that aren't there? Is that OK?

At this point, I was able to run AVG without it shutting down, and it found the following 2 trojans:
avg found c:\windows\system32\ms.exe but could not move it to vault
avg found c:\windows\system32\terrabyte.exe but could not move it to vault

So I don't know how to get rid of them when it won't fix or quarantine...bummer.

Finally, I ran adaware again and like before, it finds a lot of things but then hangs on the "busy" screen that says quarantining.

Any advice? I would greatly appreciate it.
