hi guys i wonder if you can help me i cant open my add and remove program i get this messege saying parser messege value creation failed at line 521 this happend when my daughter lent a floppy disc with pics and opened by mistake a zip folder with something called a keygen off one of her school mates thats the only thing i can think it is!!!!!! i might be wrong please can y

hi owen well i did a bit of digging around and found that ive been using a skinning device and reverting back to the original windows them solved it instantly ,again many thanx i didnt realise how much of a problem this is getting to be ,well take care

Sometimes the causes are things that are obvious when you think about it, but are hiding under your nose the whole time. Glad that fixes it and you know the cause.

hi owen well well ive learnt a few things by reading this forum and ive stopped panicking and paying so called computer repair guys who have ripped me off and quite frankly havent got a clue ,so now if i hit a snag i hang fire and ask the guys who know the score thanx again guys, and my advice to anyone like me who hasnt got a clue dont delete just ask,,

It is surprising how much these technical support lines do rip you off with the holds, the waiting, the departments, etc. AOL actually told a friend of mine to just get rid of his firewall. I rung up and complained and I got "Thanks a million, bye".
