Click Fix Checked

Restart the computer

Go to C:\Program Files\Common Files and delete the Wintools folder

Go to C:\Program Files and delete the MyWebSearch folder

Go to C:\WINDOWS and delete sysupd.exe

Post a fresh Hijack this log when done

Restart Hijack this and put a check mark against this one

Restart the computer in Safe Mode ( press F8 at reboot)

Go to C:\WINDOWS and delete sysupd.exe

reboot your PC

I agree, with any luck this should be the last log

also something you may want to pass along to the other members is I will print a copy of my last clean log and if I get hijacked again I will just pull out this log and make changes myself
