Hello my problem is when I start any browser a page comes up that I have never seen before.It is called My Start Incredibar.I can't get rid of it.I removed it with ad remove in control panel but it is still there and is no longer listed in add/remove.Anything i search for using google takes me to a strange website.Can you please give me some insight?
