Blue screen and unusual Winpatrol message.

I had a 'bluescreen' moment and upon reboot, Scotty reported the following:

%systemroot%\system32\dumprep 0 -k is a new programme that wants to start every time you start your PC

Is this likely to be a 'whoops/tilt/error' moment when Windows is reporting the blue screen incident?

I've run HJT and can't se anything untoward. At the time of the bluescreen moment, I was running Drive wiper in CCleaner. Would anyone seeing anything untoward in the log below, please reply here?

    %systemroot%\system32\dumprep 0 -k is a legit entry, however it's not needed as a startup.

    Say again?

Ah, possibly a UK-centric colloquialism for those of a certain age
I didn't think it was an issue but it's nice for someone to confirm it.
    Thank you.

Please, do not edit my edits.
We don't use HJT around here anymore. It's an obsolete tool.

Are you having any other issues?

Hmm, I didn't edit your edits, just quoted your text and then answered your question "Say again?" which I took to mean you wished me to explain what I meant.
I wasn't aware that you didn't use HJT any more, I find it still viable for my requirements but I assume from what you've said, you've not looked through the log; however, as my only issue (answering your 3rd sentence here) was the blue-screen moment, I suspect from your first response that I don't have an issue. Thank you for taking the time to respond to my inital post, you may close this thread.

I didn't look through HJT log, because as I said, HJT is an obsolete tool and it doesn't show much.
If you're getting some BSODs, something is not right, but from your reply, I'm not sure, which way you want to go.

I don't have any issues now. I suspect it was simply a case of running Drive Wiper whilst having a browser window open. I've had a look at your sticky at the top of the forum and will look through the various other tools suggested now such as Malwarebytes. I only drop into D-A-L sporadically - albeit for nearly 6 years - as I rarely have problems with my computers but I'm always amenable to have good tools for investigation, analysis and cleaning.
