    (Random Numbers).exe Trojan Horse

My Norton anti-virus software keeps detecting these trojan horses with a random number and .exe following it. Earlier, I got rid of a fake anti-virus malware, the file being called "Hotfix" and the fake anti-virus program was called ThinkPoint. But it seems it left something behind, and I can't figure out where these attacks are coming from. I've been trying to figure this out and get rid of it for about two days now, so any help would be appreciated.
