I found out that I had the My Security Shield virus so I downloaded the appropriate programs to get rid of it the only thing I am having problems with is the last step which I have to delete the hosts file. However I cannot find this file. I opened the folder C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc and the only hosts files I found were Imhosts.sam and new_host and they are not what I am looking for. Can you help me to determine what to do?Do I not have a hosts file? Should I just download the default file?
