Trojans, malware, and spyware found :(

Good day, I have been working on my Aunt's computer now for about 2 days now. I ran, Dr.webb CureIt, Malwarebytes, Superantispyware, and did a online scan with Kaspersky.

All found infected items and I deleted all of them before I did my last scan "Kaspersky," but it found only 1 (which there were over 200+ infected items). Here is the log from Kaspersky.

    Selected area has been scanned.

Now what can we do to remove that one? Re-run malwarebytes or something?

    Thanks

btw, this computer is over 8 years old so, it is slow but since I remember a lot of the infected a little bit faster. It only is a 1.6ghz processor and only 512MB of ram not much.

I just ran Malwarebytes in safe mode and the results were all good, nothing found. So, that means I should be all set now?
