I'm really sorry for the delay, but 2 days ago, while I was doing what you recently posted, the computer crashed as I downloaded the file. Now, whenever I open it, it opens everything just fine, but upon reaching the Welcome screen for Vista, it just seems to keep going on and on. I left if overnight, thinking it was just nothing, but seeing it in the morning like the same I left made me think something is wrong inside of the computer. I tried using the disc that came with it, to reset it, or set it to an earlier point, but it just does a scan, and then crashes for both options. I tried the boot menu also, and no luck. I'm currently on my other Toshiba laptop typing to you. Thanks for all the help, and I think all I just take it to Best Buy.

Hey, no reason to be sorry
At this point, your computer should be pretty much clean, so you must have some other issues, most likely, some hardware issue, RAM, hard drive failing.

We can keep checking, if you want to.
