    Question Shutdown of computer

    My computer receives a warning telling me it is going to shut down. it then counts down the seconds and shuts down. I know this is a virus, but I don't know which one. I have run symantec but it isnt finding the virus. Can anyone help me get rid of the virus or at least tell me whih one it is?

    Does it give you a specific program that is shutting down? If it LSASS.exe then your probably infected with the Sasser Worm.

    Follow the instructions in this Article to remove and prevent Sasser coming back. Let me know how it goes.
