    r23.overture error

When I try to connect to websites I frequently get the following error:

r23.overture.com/d/r/?xargs.. and a whole string of gibberish

This means that I cannot access many sites

How do I stop this happening?

I have been advised that this may be a spyware issue, though Kaspersky tells me that my PC has no active threats
