Computer running slow, hijack log attached

My computer has been running slow, starting about 3 weeks ago. The only installations have been 12 Windows updates and Backblaze (which has not been running for 1 1/2 weeks). Even with just Outlook running, the hard drive will crank and the fan sounds like a plane taking off. Access to internet has slowed down, as has other programs-basically, I'm waiting to do a lot of things like print a pdf or move the cursor in a word document. I downloaded Hijack this and ran it. I also ran the start up list as well. It was suggested that I post the log to a forum, so here I am. I'll copy the contents below. Thanks in advance for any help you might offer.

STEP 1. Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware: Malwarebytes.org to your desktop.
(Malwarebytes is free to use as a manual scanner. Payment is only required if you wish to have it run and update automatically which is not necessary for our purposes)

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform Quick Scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.
* Post the log back here.

Double click on downloaded .exe file, select Rootkit tab and click the Scan button.
When scan is completed, click Save button, and save the results as gmer.log

Uninstalled program. Ran anti-Malware without a problem. Log is below. I have my drive partitioned into three: C, D, and F. C is where all the program files are. Tried to run GMER multiple times with both C and D selected, got blue screen of death. GMER ran successfully for a run with only C and for a second run with only F. The logs appear below for these two drives. Couldn't get GMER to run on drive D (D is where I store most of my data). The blue screen of death had the following information: Stop: 0x00000050 (0xFB4FC00B, 0x0000000, 0xA7CC4F60, 0x0000000000) pwdiifow.sys Address A7ccF60 base at A7CB9000 Datestamp 4b274f8d. Gave up on D. Then ran Hijackthis again and log is below. Again, thanks for your help, I really appreciate it!

Please, never rename Combofix unless instructed.
Close any open browsers.
Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
- Very Important! Temporarily disable your anti-virus, script blocking and any anti-malware real-time protection before performing a scan. They can interfere with ComboFix or remove some of its embedded files which may cause "unpredictable results".
- Click on this link to see a list of programs that should be disabled. The list is not all inclusive. If yours is not listed and you don't know how to disable it, please ask.
NOTE1. If Combofix asks you to install Recovery Console, please allow it.
NOTE 2. If Combofix asks you to update the program, always do so.
- Close any open browsers.
- WARNING: Combofix will disconnect your machine from the Internet as soon as it starts

Tried to disable NOD32 antivirus 2.70: clicked 'Quit' and it shut down. But when Combofix ran it said that NOD was still running. Went to task manager and looked at processes running; each time I would click to end NOD32, it would reappear in the processes list. Ran combofix once and then a second time because I wasn't sure if it ran right the first time. Both logs are posted below, along with new Hijack log. Thanks for your help!

Open Windows Explorer. Go Tools>Folder Options>View tab, put a checkmark next to Show hidden files, and folders.
Upload following files to VirusTotal - Free Online Virus and Malware Scan for security check:
c:\windows\system32\dllcache\moviemk.exe
Post scan results.

Type notepad .exe in the Run Box.

2. Now copy/paste the entire content of the codebox below into the Notepad window:

I cannot find c:\windows\system32\dllcache\*moviemk.exe* even after I checked 'show hidden files'
