Hi all,
Just had a bad virus / bugs on our main pc. Took a while to 'hopefully' clean, using Malwarebytes / Mbam, Spybot s+d and Ccleaner, and Adaware, oh and our main anti virus, AVG.
Could someone kindly have a look at the logs please? Thankyou, Dave.

Please download ComboFix from Here or Here to your Desktop.
**Note: In the event you already have Combofix, this is a new version that I need you to download. It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**
- Please, never rename Combofix unless instructed.
- Close any open browsers.
- Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
- Very Important! Temporarily disable your anti-virus, script blocking and any anti-malware real-time protection before performing a scan. They can interfere with ComboFix or remove some of its embedded files which may cause "unpredictable results".
- Click on this link to see a list of programs that should be disabled. The list is not all inclusive. If yours is not listed and you don't know how to disable it, please ask.
NOTE 1. If Combofix asks you to install Recovery Console, please allow it.
NOTE 2. If Combofix asks you to update the program, always do so.
- Close any open browsers.
- WARNING: Combofix will disconnect your machine from the Internet as soon as it starts
- Please do not attempt to re-connect your machine back to the Internet until Combofix has completely finished.
- If there is no internet connection after running Combofix, then restart your computer to restore back your connection.
- Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
- When finished, it will produce a report for you.
- Please post the "C:\ComboFix.txt" along with a new HijackThis log for further review.
**Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall**
Make sure, you re-enable your security programs, when you're done with Combofix.
DO NOT make any other changes to your computer (like installing programs, using other cleaning tools, etc.), until it's officially declared clean!!!
Hi Broni, here is the new scan, hopefully it's all clean now?
Cheers, Dave.

Hi Broni,
Thanks for the walkthrough, i'm no IT expert but all seemed to go ok.
Just a few questions if i may ask pal:
1) 'Conduit toolbar' in add/remove programs - I couldn't find conduit, but going through 'tools, add ons' i think it was Zynga conduit, for games (wife + kids, facebook thing..) so i uninstalled that.
2) I keep noticing these in the hijack log:
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://*.buy-is2010.com
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://*.is-software-download.com
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://*.is-software-download25.com
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://*.is10-soft-download.com
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://*.buy-internetsecurity10.com (HKLM)
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://*.buy-is2010.com (HKLM)
Are these ok sites? All my security downloads are free, mainly from D-A-L,and have been for years, i only trust D-A-L and Filehippo mainly.
3) Oh and an internet explorer icon keeps re apearing on my desktop, even after deletion,(i already have my own internet icon on the desktop). I accidentally hit that new icon and everytime it connected to the net it was " do you want to make internet explorer your default etc - is this just a combofix thing?
p.s, is my pc infected, or is it just leftover junk i'm getting rid of now? Cheers, Dave.
Here's my combofix:

One more thing Broni, if i can trouble you with a new dilemma (sp?!) -
Our bank, since we got virused and i managed to clean most of it, kept flashing up a 'download RAPPORT security' blah blah blah screen, which wasn't there before. Being as ever sceptical we ummed and aahhd a while before researching it:
'Rapport' Security - MoneySavingExpert.com Forums
Anyway, the wife ended up downloading it. I don't think we need it, as i'm always scanning/updating/cleaning the pc anyway. Do you have any thoughts on Rapport? I'm just uneasy with it...or paranoid lol.
Oh and thinking of a 'Microsoft Virtual PC' (like sandbox?) for the banking...
Cheers, Dave.
I'm not familiar with RAPPORT, but from the link, you provided, it doesn't look like it'll hurt.

Please download JavaRa to your desktop and unzip it to its own folder
- Run JavaRa.exe (Vista users! Right click on JavaRa.exe, click Run As Administrator), pick the language of your choice and click Select. Then click Remove Older Versions.
- Accept any prompts.
- Open JavaRa.exe again and select Search For Updates.
- Select Update Using Sun Java's Website then click Search and click on the Open Webpage button. Download and install the latest Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version for your computer.
Note 1: UNCHECK any pre-checked toolbar and/or software offered with the Java update. The pre-checked toolbars/software are not part of the Java update.
Note 2: The Java Quick Starter (JQS.exe) adds a service to improve the initial startup time of Java applets and applications. If you don't want to run another extra service, go to Start > Control Panel > Java > Advanced > Miscellaneous and uncheck the box for Java Quick Starter. Click OK and restart your computer.

Ok, story so far,
"Please download JavaRa to your desktop and unzip it to its own folder
Run JavaRa.exe (Vista users! Right click on JavaRa.exe, click Run As Administrator), pick the language of your choice and click Select. Then click Remove Older Versions.
Accept any prompts.
Open JavaRa.exe again and select Search For Updates.
Select Update Using Sun Java's Website then click Search and click on the Open Webpage button."
Managed that part ok.
"Download and install the latest Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version for your computer."
Had trouble with this part, i think i clicked on the correct download, (java SE run something 6u18?! ) - anyway, it failed,
So i went into control panel \ jave \ update and it did its thing, hopefully.
Fixed checked items in Hijack and here is my new log:
