my laptop has been hit with SWP 2009 demo....it has taken over the whole computer and I cannot install or change anything on it. I was able to do a download but it would not install the program. It will also not let me uninstall or open anything. Help is appreciated!!!!

It seems I have a handle on my own situation. Nothing could be done while in windows so I rebooted and went into safe mode....ran spybot search and destroy...it found the virus. I also ran Ccleaner and cleaned up the pc. Restarted my computer and looks like the virus has gone. I am now able to open programs and get on the internet. I plan to run more software tomorrow to be sure I have it all. Hope this helps someone else.
