Everything on my computer is starting to shut down..I think I have a virus or something and I don't know what to do. I recently bought McAfee antivirus but I cant download my pusrchase and now some things I can't click on to log or get help. Can anyone help me?

yes, same in safe mode...I cant go back to system restore either...should I just reboot back to system default and will that get rid of what ever I have? BTW thank you for relplying and sorry I took so long to answer

I can't seem to do anything in safe mode...I tried to go to system restore from safe mode also and it will not open. I can only seem to get to system recovery which I think will set it back to factory default, should I try that? Or do you think I will still have the same problem?

You surely can, but be aware, all your data will be gone.
