You didn't read my instructions carefully enough.
but merely opens up into the all component pieces
    After the above happens:
Double click on AVZ.exe to run it

I see nothing suspicious in AVZ log.

I still am getting mywebsearch popping up as my internet browser when I press the desktop icon for the internet.
What kind of icon is it? Browser icon? Which browser?

    HI
apologises for not replying sooner. Whenever I use the internet the first page that pops up is my websearch page and not google search page as before. I have looked in the control panel to try and get rid of it but no luck. Please could you tell me how to get rid of it.

Do you mean, Google was set as your home page?
If so, in IE, go Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab, click on "Reset" button.
    Restart computer.

    Hi
Thanks for your reply. I could not quite follow your instructions. I went into control panel then network and internet. then i went to internet options and a link called change your homepage. this got me into a box with loads of options you could go into for internet options. I was on the front page titled general in a box were some web addresses and I clicked on to change the internet homepage to msn instead of mywebsearch. I know this may sound stupid but it has got rid of the mywebsearch. Do you think it might still be somewhere in the computer, because i didn't delete the link i just changed the homepage to something else. Should I run another scan. I am just concerned about
the security of the computer and using it for buying stuff on the internet and putting out other personal details.

    Thanks

This is not quite what I asked you to do:
in IE, go Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab, click on "Reset" button.
I can't see any presence of MyWebSearch anywhere else.

    Hi
Thanks for the instructions I have finally got rid of the mywebsearch toolbar. Norton security is sending me advertisments saying I have tracking cookies 68 in total and they are a threat to the security of my computer of course they use this information to try and sell me their software. Should I be concerned about the tracking cookies can I get rid of them? Also is my computer clean secure enough to start using it for buying etc. Thanks for all your help

    Don't worry about tracking cookies.
If you really want to get rid of them, re-run Superantispyware and it'll take care of them.

Other than that your computer is clean
