[Active] Startup and Closing very very slow

    Hi Dal

Starting a few days ago, my computer started taking much longer to startup and to close. Often it will load into my desktop wallpaper with no icons and I can move my mouse around, for 3-5mins vs the usual 20-30 seconds it used to take before my startmenu and desktop icons appear. This is also the case when i try to shut off. This is a family shared computer, so its likely something was deleted/installed or msconfig was messsed with. Please help!

You're running two AV programs: Avira and Norton.
Before you do anything, I need to know, which one, you want to keep.
