Help! I am usually able to keep my computer running pretty efficiently, but within the past few days it has become very slow loading internet pages. I often get timed out messages. I've tried to run ad-aware, but get the following error message:

Skin File Error: 19811 has occurred. Description: Cannot load graphics. Application terminates.

I'd like to remove it and downloaded a current version of it, but I can't even delete it from the add/remove programs. My computer freezes and I have to reboot.

Can I post a hijack this log?

1. Save HJTInstall.exe to your desktop.
2. Double-click on HJTInstall.exe to run the program.
3. By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis.
4. Accept the license agreement by clicking the "I Accept" button.
5. Click on the "Do a system scan and save a log file" button. It will scan and then ask you to save the log.
6. Click "Save log" to save the log file and then the log will open in Notepad.
7. Click on "Edit -> Select All" then click on "Edit -> Copy" to copy the entire contents of the log.
8. Come back here to this thread and paste the log in your next reply.
9. Do NOT have HijackThis fix anything yet! Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.

I didn't download the latest version as you suggested. I saved this log yesterday in safe mode using the version I already have. If I should still download the latest version and run it not in safe mode to generate a new file, just say so. Thanks so much for your help. Some neighbors are having the same problem, so we've called comcast to see if it is something on their end (they're coming out tomorrow). I've run spybot, cws shredder and always have spyware blaster updated and those programs haven't found any problems. I haven't been able to successfully run ad aware for some reason - latest error message stated "application error" - exception eaccess violation... I've disabled most add-ons, cleaned out cache, cookies, temp internet files, emptied recycle bin, restored system to a setting from 2 weeks ago when I didn't seem to be having problems AND reset my modem, vonage device and router! Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. THANK YOU!!
