Here's the new HijackThis Log (When I did the System Scan > Fix Checked, a message showed up from HijackThis saying IE needed to be closed. Thing is I don't use IE, I use Firefox. So I'm not sure if everything was fixed properly. I did have every window except HijackThis closed as you told me.)

Just in case, IE was open.

Some entries are still there.
Make sure, TeaTimer is disabled, re-run HJT, checkmark:

Tea-Timer is disabled.

This is the message I'm getting:

"HijackThis is about to remove a BHO and the corresponding file from your system. Close all Internet Explorer windows AND all Windows Explorer windows before continuing for the best chance of success."

(By the way, I'm posting this from another computer. My browser isn't open on the computer which I'm trying to fix the BHO problem)

I did. And the thing is, I fix the BHO entries. I restart my computer, and when I go to run a new log, they're still there.

Disable TeaTimer.

Go Start>Run, type in:
regedit
Click OK.

In registry editor, navigate to:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Exp lorer\Browser Helper Objects
You'll see number of alphanumeric sub-folders.
Find:
- {761497BB-D6F0-462C-B6EB-D4DAF1D92D43}
- {761497BB-D6F0-462C-B6EB-D4DAF1D92D43}
- {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045}

In each case, right click on a subfolder, click Delete.

Restart computer. Post fresh HJT log.

If the above doesn't work, try regedt32, instead of regedit.

OK, 1st and 3rd one are related to Windows Messenger, 2nd one to Java, so I'm not going to bang my head against the wall, since those are safe entries...
So....

Your computer is clean

1. Download Temp File Cleaner (TFC)
Double click on TFC.exe to run the program.
Click on Start button to begin cleaning process.
TFC will close all running programs, and it may ask you to restart computer.

2. Turn off System Restore:

- Windows XP:
1. Click Start.
2. Right-click the My Computer icon, and then click Properties.
3. Click the System Restore tab.
4. Check "Turn off System Restore".
5. Click Apply.
6. When turning off System Restore, the existing restore points will be deleted. Click Yes to do this.
7. Click OK.
- Windows Vista:
1. Click Start.
2. Right-click the Computer icon, and then click Properties.
3. Click on System Protection under the Tasks column on the left side
4. Click on Continue on the "User Account Control" window that pops up
5. Under the System Protection tab, find Available Disks
6. Uncheck the box for any drive you wish to disable system restore on (in most cases, drive "C:")
7. When turning off System Restore, the existing restore points will be deleted. Click "Turn System Restore Off" on the popup window to do this.
8. Click OK

3. Restart computer.

4. Turn System Restore on.

5. Make sure, Windows Updates are current.

6. If any Trojan was listed among your infection(s), make sure, you change all of your on-line important passwords (bank account(s), secured web sites, etc.) immediately!

7. Download, and install WOT (Web OF Trust): Internet Security | WOT Web of Trust. It'll warn you (in most cases) about dangerous web sites.

8. Run defrag at your convenience.
