I have a variety of issues which all lead back to the Display Properties I think. Here are the Problems:
- Internet web sites are displaying wider than normal causing the appearance of a horizontal scroll bar, zoom has no effect on this.
- Cannot remove a background image
- The Desktop tab in the Display Properties Menu is missing, the tab that allows you to set a screen saver, background image etc.

If someone could help with these issues that would be greatly appreciated
