Well, since I have posted this thread. I partitioned up her Hardrive and installed Easy Peasy 1.1 Ubuntu (9.04) and she now has a dual boot Linux/Windows Acer Aspire One in case her Windows Partition ever gets snafued. Also Have cleaned out 4 infections using Mbam since then also. Everything on her Acer works in Linux. Webcam,mic,flash,movie watching (like realplayer or Media Player with codecs),wireless, etc.... Didn't cost anything to do. Already had a USB Flash Drive ready to use for installation. Works like a charm.
