    Unhappy Help please!

My laptop is crashing and running slow, i'm not massively tech savvy but have done all the checks I know. I have Norton 360 installed however it keeps disabling itself whenever I log off, can't get the auto protect to stay on and the fix button doesn't work. I've tried using a few other virus checkers but they won't complete a scan without the computer crashing. Any pointers what I can try?

Unfortunately at this time, this site has a shortage of HJT log analysts.

Try the measures outlined here; Cleaning Out Malware
    http://www.techhelpforum.com/showthread.php?t=5808
If this doesn't help, or (other) issues remain which cannot be resolved through these measures, and if you don't get another reply within 24 hrs,,,,,,

Please go to our sister-site; Follow the instructions here-> HiJackThis prerequisites.
There are important measures outlined here which affect and "optimize" the outcome of your HJT log.

Then post your log in a new thread in the Spyware, Adware, Viruses and HijackThis Logs Forum.

You will have to become a site member in order to post.

I found that connector you were looking for
Cindy, is this the thing you were looking for?
    www.liangdianup.com/computeraccessories_1.htm

It's on the list of computer accessories and parts. They have the DVI video thing to convert that jap monitor to work with your other computer. Just about any other kind of wire adaptor, usb connectors, monitor extension wires, ps2 extention wires, and all kinds of female and male swap connectors and things that I think would help your shop. If that above link don't work then goto www.lducompany.com and click on computer accessories. Let me know if that is what you need and give me your email address again.
