Hi!
I was told to repost this along with my HJT info..heres the story...

A few months ago, my computer got a horrible virus I am still unable to get rid of. The virus not only erased my sound driver, AOL, AIM but is also not allowing me to play SIMS 2, it will not let me change my background to a picture, only to colors. & I when I try to install iTunes again, it says i need to have the latest XP available..and I do! I've had iTunes and The Sims and everything before! Now I cant get it!
I've tried everything on other posts and nothing seems to help!
I've ran AVG and it found 4 undeletable files so i quarantined them.
Does anyone know how to fix this?!
